At Balad Albanat, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and flexible exchange and refund policy.*

To initiate an exchange or refund, please scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the attached e-form.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all Balad Albanat tags intact.
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items with missing tags or those submitted after the 14-day window are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Each order is eligible for one post-purchase action (either an exchange or a refund). If you wish to request both an exchange and a refund for items within the same order, please specify this clearly in the comments section of the e-form.

Sale & Discounted Items

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchanges, subject to availability.
• Refunds for discounted items will be issued as a coupon with the value of the product.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs associated with approved exchanges or refunds.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we are happy to offer a free exchange or a full refund, based on your preference. Requests for defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
